Shipping costs:
In addition to the quoted prices, all shipments within the Netherlands are free. We charge a flat rate of €2.90 euros per order for deliveries within Belgium & Germany. The shipping costs are clearly stated in the shopping cart system and on the order page. For all other EU countries and the United Kingdom we charge a flat rate of €10.00 euros.
The shipping fee includes the VAT. The VAT is calculated based on the shipping fee and the product including VAT. The VAT on the product may vary in your country and therefore the shipping fee might be less. This means that the flat-rate shipping costs can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, this cannot get higher, only lower in your favor.
